  • ⅓ cup water
  • 3 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons brown rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt1 pinch dried red chili flakes
  • 2⅔ tablespoons chopped cilantro
