The first way to lose ten pounds quickly is to try intermittent fasting!
With intermittent fasting, you eat all your day’s food within 8 hours and then don’t eat for 16 hours.
Initially, it’s challenging, but within a few days, your body will not only release extra weight, but you’ll also drop tons of weight!
You can lose 10 pounds in less than a month just by intermittent fasting.
You don’t even have to alter your diet!
Isn’t that great?!!
One thing about intermittent fasting that some people get wrong, however, is that if you plan to lose a lot of weight (more than 10 pounds), you will eventually have to do the real work of changing your lifestyle.
But you can absolutely lose 10 pounds or even more just by fasting down if you’re not quite ready to do all the steps to make sweeping changes.

It’s really worth the effort though!

4- Try juicing
Juicing is a great way to lose weight because you’re drinking all of your fat-burning nutrients in liquid form.
The best thing about juicing is that it’s so easy!
It literally takes less than five minutes and the ingredients are super cheap: water, fruits, vegetables, and some greens if you feel like adding them as well.
Another great thing about juicing is that you don’t have to limit your juice intake, provided you put more vegetables than fruits into your juicer.
(Vegetables have lower calories).
Some people only have juice while losing weight.
Others may incorporate solid meals into the mix here and there.
It’s up to you how you approach juicing and weight loss.
It’s all about what works for you!
Just make sure you have a quality juicer because it can be tedious and inconvenient if you don’t!
5- Cut out sugar
If all the other methods are too strenuous for you to lose 10 pounds fast, you could have great success by cutting out added sugar.
Here are some tips for how to cut out sugar from your diet:
- Drink water instead of other beverages and sugary drinks.
- Cut out all foods that contain sugar, including sodas, candies, or desserts.
- Avoid using high fructose corn syrup in any form at home or when eating out. It’s on almost every food ingredient list these days which can make it easy to overlook.
Seriously just by cutting out sugar, you will slim down SO much.
At the very least you can try it for five days and see how it goes.
(You can do just about anything for a week, can’t you?)
