Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Notes

There are a few things to consider, depending on your goals.

Naturally if you’re focused on reducing calories, you’ll want to avoid adding too many nuts and seeds to your oatmeal. This’ll only increase the calories and fat in this recipe.

And, of course, even though oatmeal is generally great for weight loss, if you eat too much of anything you’ll still gain weight.

Next, if you’re looking to increase your protein intake, you can always add a scoop of plant-based protein powder or an extra tablespoon of peanut butter.

This oatmeal recipe also makes a great post-workout meal due to the combination of carbs and proteins.

Enjoy!
